Cargo Operations at the Core of Growth

The company arranged a total of 35,467 charter flights during the year, surpassing its previous benchmark of 30,290 flights recorded in 2024. Cargo activity played a central role in this achievement, with ACS transporting nearly 90,000 tons of freight across its charter operations. Average payloads exceeded 20 tons per flight, underscoring the importance of large-scale cargo movements to the company’s overall performance.

According to ACS, chartered aircraft operated to or from 2,323 IATA- or ICAO-recognised airports, in addition to numerous non-designated airfields such as dirt and ice runways, helipads, and water landing sites. These operations spanned 206 countries, highlighting the broker’s extensive geographic coverage and operational flexibility.

Diverse Fleet and Aircraft Utilisation

The range of aircraft deployed during the year reflected the breadth of ACS’s charter capabilities. Operations included helicopters at one end of the spectrum and widebody aircraft such as the Airbus A380 and Antonov An-124 at the other. In total, 4,718 individual aircraft representing 389 different types were used across charter missions in 2025.

Within the cargo segment, the Boeing 747-400F emerged as the most frequently used aircraft, accounting for more than 350 operations. Some of these flights carried payloads exceeding 100 tons, reinforcing the aircraft’s role in handling high-capacity and specialised freight movements.

ACS leadership noted that the year was characterised by fluctuating demand patterns influenced by tariffs and shifting market conditions. While peak periods remained active, they were described as more manageable than in recent years, when e-commerce-driven demand created intense pressure on capacity.

A notable development during the year was the decline in aircraft charter rates from the elevated levels seen in the post-pandemic period. Lower pricing enabled certain sectors to re-enter the air charter market after being previously priced out, broadening the company’s customer base. Increased aircraft availability also encouraged greater pricing flexibility among airlines, creating additional opportunities for brokers able to respond quickly to changing conditions.

Global Footprint Strengthened by Office Expansion

The record performance was supported by continued international expansion. ACS reached a total of 40 offices across 20 countries in 2025, with its most recent office opening in Saudi Arabia. This growing presence has enhanced the company’s ability to manage complex charter requirements and respond to regional demand shifts.
