For years, global tech giants have relied heavily on high-end Western graphics processing units (GPUs) to train and run complex machine learning models. However, severe regulatory constraints on advanced silicon have forced a structural shift. If finalized, Iluvatar CoreX will join Huawei and Cambricon Technologies as ByteDance's third major domestic GPU partner, rewriting localized supply dynamics.
