LIMBURGERHOF, Germany — August 12, 2026 — BASF Agricultural Solutions, a key player in the global Fertilizers Additive Market, has announced a significant investment in a new Climate Center at its headquarters in Limburgerhof, Germany, to strengthen research and regulatory capabilities for agricultural products. The new Climate Center will house state-of-the-art climate chambers designed to provide precisely controlled environmental conditions — including temperature, humidity, and light — for scientific studies. Construction has already commenced and is scheduled for completion in the first half of 2027. The investment directly responds to increasing regulatory requirements and rising demand for high-quality, Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)-compliant ecotoxicology studies across global agricultural markets.
