Mobileye Secures Stellantis ADAS Deal for 2027 Vehicles

Mobileye to Supply Cloud-Enhanced ADAS Technology to Stellantis for Select 2027 Models

JERUSALEM, Israel — July 21, 2026 — Mobileye Global Inc. (Nasdaq: MBLY) announced on Tuesday that its Cloud-Enhanced Advanced Driver Assist™ technology will be integrated into select future Stellantis N.V. vehicles expected to launch in 2027, marking a significant expansion of cloud-connected Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) across one of the world's largest automotive groups.

Main Development

The agreement positions Stellantis — parent company of Jeep, Chrysler, and Fiat — as the fifth of the world's ten largest automakers to contribute data to Mobileye's Road Experience Management™ (REM) platform, a crowdsourced intelligence network covering more than 95 percent of public roads in the United States and Europe.

Mobileye's REM technology uses front-facing cameras embedded in EyeQ™-equipped vehicles to gather anonymized, crowdsourced data on road features — including lane markings, construction zones, curb locations, and typical driving paths. This data is transmitted to the cloud, processed into a continuously updated intelligence layer, and redistributed back to vehicles in real time.

The platform generated data from over 8 million vehicles covering 34 billion miles in 2025 alone, enabling features such as intelligent lane keeping on unmarked roads and hands-free, eyes-on driving in designated areas and conditions.

The first planned applications are expected in select U.S. Stellantis models in 2027, with additional integration to follow depending on vehicle platform and configuration. Mobileye shares rose approximately 6 percent in premarket trading following the announcement.

"We're proud to expand our work with Stellantis, bringing a new level of intelligence to the vehicle itself through REM and the EyeQ6L," said Nimrod Nehushtan, Mobileye Executive Vice President of Business Development and Strategy. "Cloud-enhanced ADAS plays a core role in our lineup of advanced technologies, from Surround ADAS through fully autonomous vehicles, that enables safety and convenience features in a vertically integrated package at a cost-efficient scale."

Key Highlights:

  • Stellantis becomes the fifth of the world's ten largest automakers to join Mobileye's REM crowdsourced road intelligence platform.

  • Mobileye's REM platform covers more than 95% of public roads in the U.S. and Europe, with growing coverage across key Asian, North American, and South American markets.

  • The global ADAS market is projected to reach USD 74.57 billion, growing at a CAGR of 14.2% by 2030.

  • Mobileye (Nasdaq: MBLY) shares rose approximately 6% in premarket trading following the announcement, reflecting strong investor confidence in the deal's strategic value.

Analyst Insight:

According to analysts at Next Move Strategy Consulting, the Mobileye-Stellantis agreement reflects a broader industry shift toward software-defined, cloud-connected vehicle architectures. The integration of real-time crowdsourced road intelligence into mass-market vehicles accelerates the commercialization of Level 2+ ADAS features, which represent the fastest-growing segment within the global ADAS market. NMSC analysts note that as automakers race to generate higher-margin software revenue, partnerships between Tier-1 ADAS suppliers and global OEMs will become increasingly central to competitive positioning — particularly as regulatory mandates in the U.S. and Europe continue to expand the baseline safety technology requirements for new vehicles.

Industry Outlook:

The Mobileye-Stellantis agreement underscores the accelerating convergence of cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and automotive safety technology. As the global ADAS market advances toward its projected USD 74.57 billion valuation by 2030, industry participants are expected to intensify investment in connected ADAS platforms that leverage real-time data ecosystems. Regulatory tailwinds — including the European Commission's mandatory ADAS requirements for all new vehicles and evolving U.S. federal safety standards — are expected to further drive adoption across passenger car and commercial vehicle segments through the end of the decade.
