For years, electric vehicle (EV) battery packs have suffered from a critical vulnerability: the entire system’s output is limited to the capability of its weakest cell. The IAV and Nexperia collaboration shatters this legacy constraint by introducing an intelligent control strategy that manages and allocates individual battery sections based on their real-time health and performance.

By integrating separate power electronic components into a single software-driven system, the ONE Inverter concept dynamically balances workloads across cells.
