Infrastructure investment is expanding cloud computing capacity to support global, low-latency learning platform delivery, particularly across Asia-Pacific data-center markets serving China and India. Our findings suggest that platform vendors are investing in AI-model infrastructure to support real-time content personalization and skills-gap analysis, supporting the scalability required as enterprises extend learning platforms to distributed and frontline workforces.
Environmental, social, and governance considerations increasingly shape investment decisions, with workforce upskilling and equitable access to digital learning as key social criteria. Enterprise learning programs are increasingly linked to employee retention and internal-mobility outcomes reported in corporate sustainability disclosures. Key growth pathways include expanding AI-enabled skills intelligence capability, scaling cloud infrastructure to serve distributed workforces, and deepening penetration into small and medium enterprise and immersive VR and AR-based training channels.
